Jan McDonald, Office Manager
Jan joined Gilliam Law Firm PLLC as the Appointment Coordinator and Office Manager in 2016. Jan serves as the initial contact for all prospective clients, both in-person and via telephone. She assesses the needs of callers and coordinates appointments. Jan comes to Gilliam Law Firm with many years of experience in patient and customer service. Jan is committed to establishing and maintaining an excellent working rapport with our current and prospective clients.
Leona James, Legal Assistant
Leona joined Gilliam Law Firm PLLC as a Legal Assistant in 2017. Leona assists Mr. Gilliam and our clients with the various legal services that we provide. Leona concentrates her time as a case manager for Medicaid planning, Estate planning and Estate Administration. Leona is detail oriented and strives for the best client service possible.
Ronda Thomas, Legal Assistant
Ronda joined Gilliam Law Firm PLLC as a Legal Assistant in 2018. Ronda predominately concentrates her time as a case manager for Estate Administration matters. Ronda retired from the Navy after 21 years of service. She has over 15 years of experience as a Legal Assistant. Ronda is skilled at drafting probate forms, collecting data for estates, filing insurance claims, corresponding with debtors and creditors, and other estate duties. Ronda is committed to exceptional customer service and communication with clients.
