Gilliam Law Firm PLLC was founded in 2002. As a smaller firm, our staff collaborates every day to provide excellent service and skills to our clients. Our goal is to exceed our clients' expectations. 

Gilliam Law Firm's primary focus is Elder Law and Special Needs Law. The practice of Elder Law and Special Needs Law is complex and comprised of many areas, including Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, Guardianships, Social Security and Other Retirement Benefits Planning, Long Term Care Planning, Medicaid Asset Planning, Veterans' Benefits, Medicaid Estate Recovery, Wills and Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Healthcare Advanced Directives.

It is challenging to stay abreast of the ever-changing laws and rules governing the different areas of Elder Law and Special Needs Law. Gilliam Law Firm is committed to continued education of its team.   

Gilliam Law Firm PLLC is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). NAELA is a professional association of lawyers dedicated to improving the quality of legal services to the elderly and disabled through education and specialized materials for its members.
