As an elder law attorney, I often work with families that are facing a crisis. It can be heartbreaking for a spouse and/or children to have to place their loved one in a nursing home. I feel a great responsibility to my clients. I take care to clearly explain the law and options, so my clients understand their rights and feel comfortable that they have all the information they need to make the best decision for their family.
